We found out what we are having!!! We went in on May 13th and the baby boy is doing well. Mike and Klara were there with me and Klara kept saying, "No, It's a Girl!" We have worked on that and she loves that she is getting a baby brother. The boys were a little said too but it only lasted a minute. They wanted the family to be even. Mike and I are so happy to have another boy. I reminded him that we have to buy a lot of new boy clothes. The ones we have our 6-9 years old. Yay!! for me. But I am having a hard time finding cute baby boy clothes. I am going to keep on looking!!!!

BaBy Post

For those that are far away, here is #4 at 19.5 weeks. I am hoping to actually take weekly or monthly pictures. I haven't ever done the picture thing before and thought it would be fun to have one of the kids documented. I may reconsider once I see how much bigger I look on photo. Already it seems that I look a lot more than 19+ weeks.

Next week though will be so exciting!!!!

The 13th we will have the big ultrasound and find out what we are having. We had thought that we would just wait till the baby was born to find out what it is but after talking to the kids we have decided we will find out. I am not sure if they would be okay with such a sudden surprise so we are going to let it grow on them.

Easter (I know, I am slow)

Dying Easter eggs in style. Well not really we didn't want the clothes to get messed up so they don't look that great. Got them all to smile. They thought it was fun and we did it in big bowls so we could fit more than one in them. It worked great and went much faster.

The results were even better. I found a really neat egg dying kit. They got to make little animals on it and great felt stickers and I put their names on them.

After we dyed the eggs we went off to the Bass Pro Shop. I know it sounds weird but we heard that they were having an Easter egg hunt. It was pretty crowded.

The kids were able to go find 5 eggs and each egg had to be in a different department. It was not easy finding them. Mike and I would find one and tell them where it was. We ended up getting more from the front of the store. They were not filled so we had to stand in line to get the candy.

After that line it was off to another line. The kids played and looked at the boats while we stood in line. I was so ready to sit but there was really no where to sit. I ended up getting in a boat for a bit and sitting. It was very nice.

The results were amazing!!!! They took one shot and got them all looking at the camera and smiling. So happy with our free picture and the fun the kids had. Happy Easter!!

How??

I am feeling so overwhelmed with all the things I want to teach my children. Tonight was the first time Bryce has really spoken out about his concerns with school. He told us he is unhappy. We asked why and his answer was it is too loud at school. The kids in class will not stop talking. There are also missing basketballs at recess and that upsets him. It upsets him when he is good and the teacher does not notice and doesn't give him credit for being good. He went on and on tonight. It seemed that we need to do a lot more explaining and he to us. I feel that it is hard to get him to talk about his feeling though and I really had to ask and ask over and over tonight. I just wanted to know. He was so upset he didn't even want to eat. This is so unlike him. He is the child garbage disposal so we knew something was up.

We ended the night with family home evening and he started to come around to himself then. But I was again feeling like we could have talked all night about all the things that they need to know. They had so many questions that I wanted to answer but then there came a time where it was just time to go to bed. I hope that we raise our kids right or the best that we can. I hope they can choose right from wrong and be able to stand up for themselves. I just feel that there is more that I can or should be doing, but how?

Spring Break

First of all I do NOT like loading pictures on here. It seems like it takes forever. These are our chains that we made. Just looking at them makes it seem like summer is forever away.

Uggg!

The kids are crazy!! It is really cold in the pool and they thought it was great so we let them swim.

Had to put in another picture of Klara. She was so cute in her new swimsuit.

We took the kids to the Drive-Ins to see Rio. They has so much fun. The movie was so cute too. It was a little windy there so I could have done without that. We brought some blankets and it worked.

Crazy pictures. I would have put in more but it just takes so long. The movie had been delayed because it wasn't dark enough so we were being silly.

The next day we took the kids to Primm to ride on the rides for free. They had so much fun here too. I couldn't go on any of them but I got to SHOP. Found some amazing deals at Old Navy out there. The whole store was 40% off. It was great.

We had a great time but I wish it were longer. Today was hard going back to school. Not for the kids though, just me!!

Trip to Zion

We came to Zion to go camping two weekends ago. Well we also came so I could massage some friends that were scrap booking at the Lodge in the next picture. We got up and out of the house at five in morning. The kids were all wide awake and ready to go. We got to the park and to our surprise it was National Parks day so it was free to get in. Normally it is $25. That was great. Got inside the camp grounds and got a campsite right next to the bathrooms. Another great thing with kids. We set up the tent and were off again. Mike took me up to lodge to do the massages. It takes about 45 minutes to get there from the campsite. It is so worth it though, the drive is beautiful.

The kids waiting for me to get my massage stuff out of the car so they could go venturing off with dad.

This is right before the really long tunnel before you get to the lodge. A little out of order.

They came back to the campsite to have lunch and the river was right next to the camp so the kids had fun walking along it. There is a shuttle there that will take you to some hikes and they went on it to go on one of the shortest hikes. Klara needs to be carried everywhere. I don't know how Mike did it alone. He said they both fell asleep on the shuttle bus on the way back.

This is Klara's cheese face.

Roasting our marshmallows. The kids had some fun wit the fire. Possibly too much. No one got hurt but they did get in trouble. They had to learn not to swing the sticks around that were still hot from the fire. Mainly Mitchel was doing this, but he learned pretty quick not to swing it around.

In the back here on the picnic table you can see how dirty Klara was. She loved playing and sitting in the dirt. I think she thought is was sand at the beach or something. She could care less how much dirt was on her. The same for food. She didn't care if it feel on the ground and was covered in dirt. We of course took it away from her, but it was just funny to see her like of well dirt won't hurt me looks.

We made it through the night. It got pretty windy. So much that you could hear it coming for you. A little creepy, but the kids slept through it. Pretty chilly in the morn but not too bad. Not freezing so we came at a good time of the year.

Back at the river next to the campsite. Mike made some yummy breakfast for us all in the dutch oven. I was in charge of entertaining the kids till it was done.

Bryce took off roaming around the river so we took some pictures without him.
Every time I would say cheese. This is what I would get. Minus Bryce not looking it is a cute picture.
Mike kept on wanting to taking pictures of the scenery. It is so gorgeous, but I felt that the pictures did not do it justice and wanted to just take pictures of the kids.

This was how we hiked with Klara. She was like this on the whole mile there and the whole mile back. She eventually got Mike to hold her and fell asleep. I ended up with a very hungry Mitchel on my back towards the end. They are still a little too small for hiking, but we will get them there.

Our little family with some random people in the back, sorry, we asked for our picture to be taken and this is what we got. We had fun and i hope you enjoyed the very long post full of pictures.
