A New Car for KaySea

On Friday March 7th Mike and I decided to go and LOOK at cars. We decided we did want the Honda. I wanted a new one and Mike wanted to look at the used. We got to the dealership and found what we hoped a good salesman. Told him what we wanted and so he sent us to the used car spot. He had two Hondas. One a 2005 blue Odyssey and the other a 2008 silver odyssey. Hmm, strange I thought. "Are you serious, a used 2008??" Well turns out some very unintelligible man went buying cars without his wife. Brought home a van and she turned it down. The complaint it was not the top of the line, meaning it didn't have the leather seats and the DVD player in it. Not bad for us because we don't care about the leather seats, you just stick to them here. We test drove both and decided on the 2008. Couldn't beat the price and the 900 miles on it. Turns out we went looking and ended up buying. As you can see Mitchel and Klara are happy with the new purchase.

Explaination

OK! OK! OK! I am so sorry I have not updated this in umm... awhile. To get everyone up to date I will tell it all here. Okay so after February everything seemed to be going okay. I was getting ready for spring break and getting used to having three kids. We decided that it would be so much less stressful for me if we bought me a new car. So we went out to do that. Funny story and will tell that in another post. We got a 2008 Honda Odyssey. What I wanted so I am very happy with it. Still there was something wrong. One my mom was moving and I wasn't too happy about that but knew it was the best for her. Next my parents were coming into to town and I knew I needed to get busy cleaning. Not the easiest job to do with 3 kids. I managed and felt it was good enough. By March 10th I decided to go to the doctor because I knew by then something was wrong. Went in to see if I had an UTI. They came out and looked really sympathetic to me as I was nursing one child and the other two were fighting over a book and said, "ohhh you are just fine!" I thought "really". I went about my business still cleaning and getting ready for my nice long Break with the family. It was so much fun when they got here. We went up to the mountains to show them that there really was snow 30 minutes away. The next day they all went skiing. Well I stayed home with Mitchel and Klara. It was way too cold for me. Next was the big trip, they wanted to see the Grand Canyon. We headed out and got there okay. Found a very cute hotel room for the night. Next day not so good. I was getting the chills and then getting hot. I just thought I slept wrong. Well not the case. I slept in the car for a while. Everyone went to go and look at the great views. I got out once and it was nice but wanted to go back to the car. We got some lunch and then Mike, Mitchel, Klara, and I went home. We left my family and Bryce to go and see the sites, they had their own car. Got on the road and I just went down hill from there. Ended up going to the ER the next morning. I had called a friend and asked her if it could be altitude sickness, she thought NO. We went in and had a lot of blood taken and then a great cat scan. (you have to drink that yummy contrast stuff, ugh!!) Found out I had a kidney infection and needed to be on some mega antibiotics. I was very dehydrated too so that didn't help with them taking blood every couple of hours because I had a high fever. Didn't get in a room till 10 pm that night. It was an observation room. Finally got a real room the next day at 11 am. Not too thrilled with Summerlin Hospital now. Ended up staying there from Thursday to Sunday (EASTER). Oh that was so much fun:(!! Got home Easter Sunday after church and felt like we should have the Easter bunny come.(Didn't get to go to church and have the kids in their cute Easter clothes, so we did that the following Sunday) So he came in the afternoon. Then realized I had done too much and went to bed. BUT can't forget my little baby Klara. Well turns out I could not nurse her while I was on the mega meds. So she refused the bottle and finally ate on Saturday night for my mom. I felt horrible for her. I pumped and thought I would be just fine when I got home and could nurse her. I was wrong once again. My milk was not back to normal. I was told to nurse her as often as she needed. That was about every hour. Did that for about a week. Got it back to normal thankfully that next Monday. Okay so that brings is up to the 31st of March. So there are no posts in March. Come April I am back to trying to get used to having 3 kids and figuring out how to catch up on mommy chores. Still trying to get things back to normal, but I have decided to read the book Twilight!!! Got sucked in and read it in about 2 weeks. BUT there are 3 books. Can't stop at 1 so I am now reading 2. Okay if you have not heard of this book, wow?!! You have got to read it. It's by a member of the church Stephanie Meyer I think. She writes awesome. I will post more hopefully this weekend. I will stick some pictures in there too!!! By the way my mom has officially moved to Mesa, AZ. They do have some renters moving in the middle of this month. Sorry for the extremely long post. Hopefully no one is asleep at their computer right now. I am not the best story teller.
