Klaralyn turns ONE

Klara turned one on the 2nd. I am really late getting this in sorry. We got her all dressed up and decided to take her to Chuckee Cheeses. It is where we took the other two. Not sure why considering they can't do too much there but we take them anyway. She had a great time. She ate a whole piece of pizza and played a lot on the slides. Took her to the doctor today and found out all the good stuff.
Height: 30 1/4
Weight: 21lb. 9 oz.
Percentage: 79%
Sounds good to me. She has some problems with her skin, a bit dry. The Vegas weather really doesn't help. Here are the latest pictures of our little girl:)

She has already found a boyfriend. What are we gonna do??

Princess Party!! I am loving all the pink can you tell??
What a cutie. She really sat on the table and looked at her presents while the boys basically opened them all for her.

Ready for the cake!!

Now she is done!

Excuse the mess but she was so funny on the horse. She has the crazy hair from the cake and in her little birthday suit. Happy Birthday Klara!!

Christmas in Topeka, KS

This was Klara's first Christmas. We spent it with Mike's family in Topeka KS. A trip that I don't want to make very often just because it is so far away. Other than the long drive we had a lot of fun. Klara decided it was much more fun to sit on the presents than open them. I think she would have been happy playing with a box. Mitchel wanted to open every one's presents, and Bryce didn't think he got enough. He didn't remember that Santa visited Las Vegas too. We were glad to de-thaw in Vegas coming from the below freezing weather in KS.

These pictures speak for themselves. No one should be stuck in a car for 26 hours. Especially three small children and two tired and impatient adults. We drove straight through and spent 2 hours trying to get over the Dam on the way home. Needless to say we left a few bottles of yellow substance on the side of the road.

Yep, those lights way up in the right hand corner going up the hill are cars. This was our 5 mile bumper to bumper traffic at the Dam. See any bottles???
