A New Car for KaySea

Explaination
OK! OK! OK! I am so sorry I have not updated this in umm... awhile. To get everyone up to date I will tell it all here. Okay so after February everything seemed to be going okay. I was getting ready for spring break and getting used to having three kids. We decided that it would be so much less stressful for me if we bought me a new car. So we went out to do that. Funny story and will tell that in another post. We got a 2008 Honda Odyssey. What I wanted so I am very happy with it. Still there was something wrong. One my mom was moving and I wasn't too happy about that but knew it was the best for her. Next my parents were coming into to town and I knew I needed to get busy cleaning. Not the easiest job to do with 3 kids. I managed and felt it was good enough. By March 10th I decided to go to the doctor because I knew by then something was wrong. Went in to see if I had an UTI. They came out and looked really sympathetic to me as I was nursing one child and the other two were fighting over a book and said, "ohhh you are just fine!" I thought "really". I went about my business still cleaning and getting ready for my nice long Break with the family. It was so much fun when they got here. We went up to the mountains to show them that there really was snow 30 minutes away. The next day they all went skiing. Well I stayed home with Mitchel and Klara. It was way too cold for me. Next was the big trip, they wanted to see the Grand Canyon. We headed out and got there okay. Found a very cute hotel room for the night. Next day not so good. I was getting the chills and then getting hot. I just thought I slept wrong. Well not the case. I slept in the car for a while. Everyone went to go and look at the great views. I got out once and it was nice but wanted to go back to the car. We got some lunch and then Mike, Mitchel, Klara, and I went home. We left my family and Bryce to go and see the sites, they had their own car. Got on the road and I just went down hill from there. Ended up going to the ER the next morning. I had called a friend and asked her if it could be altitude sickness, she thought NO. We went in and had a lot of blood taken and then a great cat scan. (you have to drink that yummy contrast stuff, ugh!!) Found out I had a kidney infection and needed to be on some mega antibiotics. I was very dehydrated too so that didn't help with them taking blood every couple of hours because I had a high fever. Didn't get in a room till 10 pm that night. It was an observation room. Finally got a real room the next day at 11 am. Not too thrilled with Summerlin Hospital now. Ended up staying there from Thursday to Sunday (EASTER). Oh that was so much fun:(!! Got home Easter Sunday after church and felt like we should have the Easter bunny come.(Didn't get to go to church and have the kids in their cute Easter clothes, so we did that the following Sunday) So he came in the afternoon. Then realized I had done too much and went to bed. BUT can't forget my little baby Klara. Well turns out I could not nurse her while I was on the mega meds. So she refused the bottle and finally ate on Saturday night for my mom. I felt horrible for her. I pumped and thought I would be just fine when I got home and could nurse her. I was wrong once again. My milk was not back to normal. I was told to nurse her as often as she needed. That was about every hour. Did that for about a week. Got it back to normal thankfully that next Monday. Okay so that brings is up to the 31st of March. So there are no posts in March. Come April I am back to trying to get used to having 3 kids and figuring out how to catch up on mommy chores. Still trying to get things back to normal, but I have decided to read the book Twilight!!! Got sucked in and read it in about 2 weeks. BUT there are 3 books. Can't stop at 1 so I am now reading 2. Okay if you have not heard of this book, wow?!! You have got to read it. It's by a member of the church Stephanie Meyer I think. She writes awesome. I will post more hopefully this weekend. I will stick some pictures in there too!!! By the way my mom has officially moved to Mesa, AZ. They do have some renters moving in the middle of this month. Sorry for the extremely long post. Hopefully no one is asleep at their computer right now. I am not the best story teller.

Klaralyn's Blessing
We blessed Klara on Sunday. I got her dress from my mother in law. My mom spruced it up a lot. It is a very old dress so it was very thin and needed a few touch ups. Mike's mom and dad came into town from Kansas. The Chubbs came by from North Las Vegas. And my mom and Ron were of course there too. Almost all the grandparents. My dad is in Texas and couldn't make it. It was great to see her be blessed. One more great thing happened on Sunday. Bryce bore his first testimony. I cried more at that than anything else. What a great feeling that was.

A long Question and Answer
I got this from an old friend of mine. A little long, but all the questions are pretty much about my spouse. That is a good thing.
Here it goes:
1. What is your husband's name? Michael Wayne Wadley
2. How long have you been married? 7 years
3. How long did you date? 8 months and engaged for 8 months, not planned that way. Just happened.
4. How old is he? 30
5. Who eats more? Mike, unless it is boiled crabs. I am all over that. He knows it and will not compete.
6. Who said I love you first? I am pretty sure it was him in some sneaky way. sad that after 7 years I have forgotten
7. Who is taller? Mike, by a lot. I used to think that I was tall until I stand up to him and then I feel so short. I am 5'7" and he is 6'1"
8. Who sings better? I would have to say both. But when it comes to reading music and singing the right words, that would have to me. Mike gets a little confused sometimes.
9. Who is smarter? Mike, no question, he is in Law school for goodness sakes
10. Whose temper is worse? Mine, sad to say, but not hard to believe. Mike does not have mean bones
12. Who does the dishes? Both of us when we are both home, mostly me because I am the one that gets to look at them all day
13. Who sleeps on the right side of the bed? Me as for right now, it changes when we have a kid I think. I like the left side for some reason.
14. Who pays the bills? I do
15. Who mows the lawn? Mike, he has more fun I think??
16. Who cooks dinner? Me.
17. Who drives when you are together? Mike
18. Who is more stubborn? No question, Me, at least I admit it
19. Who is the first to admit when they are wrong? Mike, sometimes I do, he has taught me a few things
20. Whose parents do you see the most? Mine. They live closer
21. Who proposed? Mike
22. Who is more sensitive? Me
23. Who has more friends? toss up
24. Who has more siblings? Mike, immediate family. I have 2 siblings and he has four. Me for the extended step and half siblings. I have more. 4 step siblings, One half brother, and one sibling that has passed away.
25. Who wears the pants in the family? Hmm, I try too. But I always ask him questions before I do something.
26. Where did you meet your husband? Church
27. What was the first thing you said to your husband? Hi my name is KaySea
28. Where was your first date? Not sure if it was a date but we went on a bike ride at a park.
29. Where was your first kiss? Mike's favorite thing about us, he was smooth. He took me to see the state capital in Topeka, KS and kissed me there.
30. Where did you get engaged? At the same park where we went on our bike ride. Very cute. I wanted my name on a bench in the park, because there were all these names there. He got a plaque made and put it on the bench that asked me to marry him.
31. Where were you married? St. Louis, MO Temple
32. Where was the honeymoon? St. Louis, MO a hotel there for one night and then 6months later we went to Hilton Head Island, SC for a week. It was very nice.
33. If you could have changed anything about it what would it have been? That the hotel would not have been under construction the same time that we were there and that the heater would have worked in our room. It was December 28th in Missouri. Very Very cold. Other than that it was perfect.
Okay, Jossie, Rachael, Staci, Jennifer, and Amy, your turn!!
